TRUNNION ANGLE SENSORS
Trunnion Angle Sensors provide accurate gun elevation angle data to fire control systems in gun turrets.
M-Tek’s Trunnion Angle Sensors normally use single- or dual-speed resolvers, but Inductosyns can also be used.
The sensors are capable of an accuracy of better than 0.05 mrad over limited angular ranges.
Additional functionality in the form of limit switches can be included.
A variety of interface circuitry is available, including cards with one to four resolver-to-digital converters, using VME-bus, 960-bus, PC-bus or serial interfaces.
The sensors can be provided with suitable flexible couplings, if required.
